Our organic eggs are from happy, healthy, pastured hens! They are always delivered to your table within 2 days of being laid, so they are really fresh- we guarentee you will taste the difference!
 
Our eggs are various colors, because we have rare heritage breeds of hens who lay them. Our Ameraucana hens lay blue eggs, our Easter-Eggers lay blue and green eggs, and then our Marans hens lay dark chocolate-colored eggs! We also have light brown and white eggs in our cartons. Your carton is sure to impress you! Stored in the fridge, our eggs will remain fresh for approximately 6 months. This is because they aren't stored on the shelf before they get to you.
